• Lauren Nichols - 17:19 (PB), 19th in the Elite Women's B Race
• James Minter - 15:06, 32nd in the Sub 15:00 Race
• Jamie Webster - 15:23 (PB), 3rd in the Sub 16:00 race

Thaila-Jade Mason rounded off her indoor season with a fifth place finish at the National U17 Pentathlon Championships in Sheffield last weekend.

Her standout performance came in the 60m hurdles, where she ran an outstanding race to smash her personal best, reducing it from 9.01 sec to 8.85 sec – the second fastest of the day.  She also notched up a 1cm PB in the shot, recording 9.24 metres. Her total score of 3336 points was also a personal best.

Congratulations to Stephen Simmons, who has broken two Senior Men's club indoor records this winter.  Stephen's new marks are 5069 points for the Heptathlon, set at Sheffield on 6th January, and 8.34 seconds for the 60m Hurdles, set at Lee Valley on 2nd December.

Congratulations to Edith Caux, who has set two new W65 club records over the last few days.  Edith's new records are for 200m (32.13 seconds) and 400m (75.78 seconds).  These were set in Lyon, France on 1st and 2nd March respectively.

Congratulations to Lois Fordham, who set a new Club Under 15 Girls Indoor Pole Vault best at Lee Valley at the weekend - Lois's new mark is 2.55 metres.

Congratulations to Jemma Eastwood, who set a new Masters Indoor Club Record recently.  Jemma Pole Vaulted 3.31 metres at Lee Valley on 25th February, which is a W45 Club Record (and also higher than her own W40 Club Record).
