A small group of Bedford's Masters Athletes were in action last weekend at the British Masters Indoors Champs  at Lee Valley- hoovering up a good number of medals and a few club records between them.

Jemma's performance was remarkable as although it was well below her usual level, due to illness, she still came away with the gold medal.

 

Damian's shot was a massive 4m improvement on the previous M40 shotput club record and Glen's was a very large improvement on his own record only a couple of weeks before.
