There were some excellent results at the Watford Open Graded Meeting on Wednesday 9th August:
- Noah Campion (U20), 3000m, 8:21.53 (PB) - Noah came second in the fastest 3000m race. This will put Noah in the UK Under 20 top 20 for this year.
- Lauren Nichols, 800m, 2:16.90
- Jamie Webster, 800m, 1:54.60
- Tom Powell, 800m, 1:58.89
Meanwhile, Ben Davies was close to his 800m PB in the Loughborough BMC event, running 1:52.60, whilst Lyla Danobrega (U17) set a new 1500m PB of 4:39.49.
