The Bedfordshire AAA Cross-Country Championships took place on 8th January.  There was a large turnout of Bedford and County athletes, and some excellent performances.  

Including:

  • A second place in the Under 13 Girls race for Megan Reynolds.
  • A clean sweep of the top five positions in the Under 15 girls race by Milly Dunger, Lyla Danobrega, Lily Farr, Jessica Parrish and Nelly Palmer.
  • A 1-2 in the Senior Women's race for Tia Wilson and Lauren Nichols.
  • A clean sweep of the top five positions in the Under 13 Boys race for Henry Scott, Archie Henderson, Zach Vincent, Oliver Coombes and Zach Danobreaga.
  • A win for Cameron Barnes in the under 15 boys race, and a fourth place for Daniel Smith.
  • Noah Campion, Euan Supple and Ethan Cairns finished first, second and fourth in the Under 17 men's race.
  • James Vinnicome won the Under 20 Men's race.
  • A third place for Craig Emmerson in the Senior Men's race.
  • Ewan Wilson won the M50 race.
