To be a master, you need to be 35 years of age or older.  Most masters competitions are sub-divided into categories based upon age and gender.  For example, the M50 category applies to men who are 50 or older, and the W45 category applies to women who are 45 or older.  Bedford & County AC has many competitive and successful masters athletes who are ably supported by our qualified coaches and our team managers.

For information about our coaching team and set up go to Coaching. You will also find details of our training sessions in the same place.
