Over the last week it has been the World Masters Indoor Championships at Gainsville in Florida.

 

Bedford & County athlete Tenny James travelled to Florida to compete and won 2 Silver medals.

 

He won Silver in the M65-69 200m in 26.90 secs.

 

He also won Silver in the M65-69 60m Hurdles in 9.65 secs.

 

He qualified for the Final of the 400m with a time of 61.22 secs but as this Final was shortly before the 60m Hurdles Final he withdrew from the 400m.
