Bedford and County AC are seeking a volunteer co-ordinator to promote volunteering and recruit volunteers for the club.

What does the volunteer coordinator do?

• Champion volunteering within the club
• Co-ordinate recruitment and training of volunteers
• Induct and support new volunteers.

What knowledge and skills do you need? 

• Be interested in volunteering
• Be friendly, approachable and communicate well
• Understand club structure and policies.
