Bedford and County AC are seeking applications from junior athletes (age 16+) who are interested in joining the club committee.
What does a junior club committee member do? Generally, the role of a junior committee member is to attend committee meetings as required (usually the second Tuesday of the month after club training) and provide input as needed, especially from the perspective of the younger members of the club.
A club's success is largely down to the work of its committee, the group of people who manage the club's affairs. The committee exists to serve the club and to ensure that its members receive the best possible service and experiences.
