Congratulations to Leanne Buxton, who won the British Masters W40 Indoor Pentathlon in Sheffield on 23 January, and to Penny Butcher, who took the bronze medal in the W60 pentathlon.  The full results were:

Leanne (W40): 60m hurdles, 9.54s; high jump, 1.47m; shot put, 9.97m; long jump, 4.73m; 800m, 2.41.70; total 3612 points - gold medal.

Penny (W60): 60m hurdles, 11.72s; High jump, 1.26m; shot put, 7.41m; long jump, 3.85m; 800m, 3.11.40; total 3446 points - bronze medal (and only 8 points off of silver).
