Jamie Seddon (SM) ran a PB over 3000m: 8:54.5, and Euan Supple PBd over 1500m, in 4:38.2. Jonathan Nash (U23) ran 4:31.7 for 1500m.
Reading 9 May
Belinda Sergent was close to her triple jumpt best with a leap of 11.60.
Wormwood Scrubs 12 May
In her first track race for two years, Lyla Danoberga (U15) beat all of the boys in her 1500m race bar one, to come second in a new PB of 5:06.80. Jamie Webster (U20) ran his faster 800m since 2019 whilst snatching the BMC 800m B race by 4 hundredths of a second, in 1:54.74.
Birmingham 12 May
Running in the BMC Gold Standard 1500m, Matt Bray's 3:48.86 was his fastest time since 2019. In the same race, Jack Goodwin's 3:56.98 was also his fastest 1500m for several years.
Harrow 13 May
In her first track race for two years Emma Ryder (U23) got a new 400m PB of 60.82, whilst Jamie Webster (U20) clocked 52.35.

Tabatha Walford (U23) ran a PB for 1500m: 4:32.94 in her heat of the Mountain West Conference Championships to qualify for the final (in which she ran 4:40.31 the next day).
Bury St Edmunds 15 May
Criag Emmerson (SM) collected another PB - this time over 3000m Steeplechase: 9:54.9 (PB), whilst Dan Jarvis (SM) recorded a PB and a club record for 2000m Steeplechase, in 5:43.8. Lauren Nichols (U23) also collected a PB for 2000m Steeplechase: 7:50.4.
