The Beds AAA 10K race takes place in Bedford on Friday 8th July 2022 starting at 7.30pm.
The 10k course is completely traffic free and very flat with PB potential, and has a certified course measurement certificate.
The race incorporates the Bedfordshire 10k road championships.
