Club Membership fees fall due annually on the 1st April. Every member will be sent a renewal email a few weeks before payment is due by the club memership secretary.
The main fees payable for 2019/20 are as follows:-
- Senior £175
- Under 18 / Over 60 £120
- Family of 3 or more 10% saving on total fees payable

The club are pleased to have been able to freeze the fees for the coming year despite increases in costs.
Around half of the total fees paid go to the stadium operator Fusion our next two largest expenses are transport costs and England Athletics registrations.
The club is run by volunteers and we are all grateful for the commitment of so many club members in many different roles.
England Athletics (EA) tightened their rules recently and it is crucial that you renew your membership promptly otherwise you will become ineligible to compete in any events under England Athletics Rules.
Please note that the membership fee is for the full year (1 April - 31 March) as the costs faced by the club (particularly EA and Fusion) are fixed for the year even if a member ceases to take part.

The stadium operators DE-ACTIVATE ALL swipe cards on the 1st April each year. Individual swipecards will only be re-activated once the new annual membership fee has been paid.
Methods of payment
Methods of payment are detailed on the renewal letter sent around with the renewal email. There are opportunities to pay by debit card near the renewal date (see letter). The clubs preferred method of renewal is by bank transfer deatils are in the renewal letter. The club are not able to accept payment by cheque.

Trial Membership (4weeks) £20
Membership is normally on an annual basis from 1 April to 31 March. If you join after 1 April your membership will still run only until the annual renewal date of 31 March the following year.
The fee payable is the one that applies on 1 April (or at the time of first joining if later) and there are no adjustments for in-year changes in circumstances.
After 1st October, fees will be reduced by 50%. However, at whatever point you join after 1st October your membership will still run only until the annual renewal date of the 31 March.
Please note there are no part year fees for the special arrangement for University of Bedfordshire students.
Foreign Athletes will be liable to the same membership fee as other members.
Bedford & County AC will determine whether to register athletes as Foreign Athletes with UKA depending on the requirements of leagues and team selection.
